These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and se7win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://se7win.click ("the Platform", "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the se7win Platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, live dealer products, promotional offers, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "Deposit" means real money transferred by a User into their se7win account wallet via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a User may process withdrawals or access certain Platform features.

• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds and/or confirmed winnings held in a User's account wallet that have met all applicable wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before it is converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the se7win Platform for Malaysian users.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the se7win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. se7win strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of se7win or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a responsible gambling cooling-off period that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.

To create an account on se7win, you are required to complete our online registration form and provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your MyKad or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• A secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. se7win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal from your account, se7win will require you to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. You will be asked to submit clear copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or international passport)
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., a screenshot showing your name on the bank account or e-wallet)

KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business hour during normal operating hours. se7win reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where necessary. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

se7win supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for account deposits. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, and BNB.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Specific minimums for each method are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit.
• se7win does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own fees, for which se7win accepts no responsibility.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and may take 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
• se7win reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse a deposit at its reasonable discretion, particularly where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless you select an alternative currency at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals from your se7win account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that matches the name on your registered se7win account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal request is approved. Accounts with pending KYC will have their withdrawals placed on hold.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your account must have their applicable wagering requirements fully met before those funds may be withdrawn. Only your Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable. Where this is not possible, you may be asked to provide an alternative account in your name.
• Standard processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow — 10 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency — 15 to 60 minutes depending on network confirmation times.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier level. Limits are displayed in your account dashboard. Higher-tier VIP players may apply to have limits reviewed.
• se7win reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.

se7win offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, reload bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have created a verified account and meet the minimum deposit or activity requirements specified in the promotion.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general range, wagering requirements on the Platform are between 10x and 25x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
• se7win reserves the right to impose game-type restrictions on wagering requirement completion. Certain games (including but not limited to Live Dealer games, specific table games, and low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A player may only participate in a specific promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be suspended.
• se7win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, subject to the terms at the time of the original claim.
• Bonus funds are not transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• se7win reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

All games and betting markets offered on the se7win Platform are governed by the following general gameplay rules:

• All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operating under applicable gaming licences.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencing or the market being suspended. Bets already confirmed at the quoted odds at the time of placement will stand.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game or bet placement, se7win will attempt to restore the last valid game state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the technical error may be voided and the relevant stake refunded. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game, market, or sporting event are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted at se7win's discretion, particularly for high-volume accounts or during promotional periods.
• The Company does not accept responsibility for any losses arising from your decision to continue playing with knowledge of a game defect or technical anomaly. Players are required to report any suspected technical fault to support immediately.
• Results from live football matches (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international fixtures) are sourced from official match data providers. In the event of a data discrepancy, se7win's official data source will prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the se7win Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions, or engage in any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name, an alias, or on behalf of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly when done at scale to exploit pricing errors on the Platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence programmes, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with se7win's customer support team.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, payment details, or contact information.

se7win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable time period
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• The User's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, se7win will notify the User by email where practicable. Any genuine Real Money Balance held in a suspended account at the time of suspension will be maintained pending resolution of the investigation. Where an account is terminated following confirmed fraud or terms violation, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

Any Real Money Balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se7win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by the Company shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

se7win shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, damage to goodwill, or any gambling losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.

se7win makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur from time to time. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

se7win is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.

se7win does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Your data is shared only with regulated service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and gaming platform operators) where necessary to deliver our services, and only under appropriate data processing agreements.
